Wrong link on wordpress.org

I couldn’t find any place to report this, but I found a dead link here:

https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/getting-started/what-is-a-theme/

In the last paragraph, it says: “dive into building your first theme”. That link leads to a 404. Maybe it’s supposed to link to https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/basics/, not sure.

Hope someone who reads this can fix it or advice on where I should report this.
