PS I am hosting this on subdomain for development with DreamHost.
Visit Options -> General. What do you have for the two URL fields? Try without the leading “www”.
Thanks for your quick reply.
I had http://www.park.plainspacedesign.com in both and I tried http://park.plainspacedesign.com but nothing changed as far as I can tell. I did add another subdomain to plainspacedesign.com to do some testing on of the same site/database and then deleted them (the second site/db) after this happened. Do you have any other thoughts about what this could be? Is it strange that I can use the admin and see the database through it and use phpmyadmin and see the database (both intact) though I can’t see the site? Also I can see the WordPress readme.html at the root level of the subdomain here.
Gack!
The index.php at that root level sure doesn’t look like the one that comes with WordPress.
You can see something? I don’t get anything here but the fatal error mentioned above:
http://park.plainspacedesign.com/wp-content/themes/hemingway/index.php
http://www.park.plainspacedesign.com/index.php
Browsing straight into your theme directory usually won’t get too far (although it DOES show something there, thankfully).
Weird – I get a blank page when I view the link you sent.
HandySolo was all over this. He suggested changing themes and it worked. It seems like there was something wrong with my custom theme – that’s all. He’s the man!!!
