Using Shortcode within widget

    Hello — I would like to use shortcode within the plugin (Genesis Feature Page Advanced). Specifically, I’d like to use the shortcode generated by the MaxButtons plugin to include additional buttons in the feature page text area (using the “custom content” field). Is it possible to use shortcode within the custom content field?

    Hi rkutzley,

    Shortcodes are not currently supported in the Custom Content field, but this is a great idea! I will work on adding this for the next version. This should be up by next week.

    I was wondering if you implemented allowing shortcodes in the actual content or custom content yet? I don’t see it in the changelog.

    I just released a new version of the plugin, 1.8.1. Shortcodes are now enabled in the custom content option.
