Datepicker image doesn't show in user profile using Types plugin

I’m using the WordPress plugins “Types” and “Theme My Login”.

One of my user profile fields uses the “Date” type which uses Datepicker.

I can view and use the Datepicker correctly in the admin screen (Users).
I see the calendar image, can select and set a date and clear the date field.

When the user logs into the profile the calendar image is hidden, the clear date button does not clear the input field. The input field is read only (expects to be set from the calendar) so I can’t update it.

I’ve tried upgrading my versions of jquery (to 1.11.3) and jqueryui (to 1.11.4).

I can’t get this to work…
