Plugin is not working in my site

Hello;

I am installing the plugin to my site. While click on “active” it loads and shows me a blank page. Can you give the solution of this problem?
It’s going to a link and showing nothing. After this while going to any url of admin area, it shows blank. Only when I go to the server and delete the plugin files the admin area works again.
