    Dear Booking Calendar support,

    I am looking for a booking system plugin for the wordpress sport school site. Would be able able to see whether Booking Calendar fulfullis the following requirements and if yes, then which release of it (Personal, Business Small etc)

    Setting up an event
    1. Administrator shall be able to set up days and times of events.
    2. (Optional) It shall be possible to set up recurring events (e.g. a,, Monday, Tuesdays and Fridays).
    3. (Optional) It shall be possible to set up exceptions from reoccurring events (e.g. not on December the 31st)
    4. Admin shall be able to setup a max amount of even participants per event
    5. Admin shall be able to adjust a max amount of even participants after event has been set up and after some participants have already registered.

    Registration on event
    6. Registered wordpress users shall be able to see remaining availability of places for a particular event.
    7. Users shall not be able to see names of other participants, registered on event
    8. It shall be possible to select whether registration of all users is auto approved or requires a manual approval of an administrator.
    9. Registered wordpress users shall be able to register himself on a particular event.
    10. Registered wordpress users shall be able to cancel their registration
    11. Registered wordpress users shall be able to see all their registrations for all events
    12. Administrator shall be able to register registered wordpress user on event without involvement of a user.
    13. Administrator shall be able to cancel event registration of any user
    14. If the maximum participants limit is reached, it shall not be possible to register on the event any longer.
    15. (Optional) In case some event is already full users shall be able to put themselves in a waiting queue.
    16. (Optional)There shall be some mechanism to handle the situation, when there is a waiting queue and place becomes available either due the the fact that some users have canceled their registration or because Administrator has increased the maximum amount of even participants.
    17. Administrator shall have overview of all registrations of all users on all events.
    Communication
    18. Administrator shall get an email, when users registers himself on an event
    19. Administrator shall receive an email, when user cancels his registration
    20. If Administrator registers a user, user shall get an email
    21. If administrator cancels registration of a user, user shall get an email.
    22. (Optional) It shall be possible to send SMS notifications instead of/in addition to email notifications

    Miscellaneous
    23. The front end (seen to the users) shall be able to be customizable for Dutch language
    24. (Optional) Front user interface shall have responsive design

    Hello.
    1) Please read firstly the general instruction about usage of paid versions of Booking Calendar: http://wpbookingcalendar.com/faq/general-usage-instruction/
    Unfortunately, if you are need to make the several specific number of bookings per the same timeslot at same date, its does not possible in any versions of Booking Calendar.
    Only at the At the Booking Calendar Business Large version possible to set the capacity of the booking resource, it’s mean that your visitors can make the several reservations per the same date, in other words, the date(s) in calendar will be available until lumber of reservations per these full dates is less than capacity of the booking resource. Please note, if you will use the timeslot selection for the booking resource with capacity higher than one, so then this timeslot will be simply record as a data into DB according this booking, but will not impact to the time availability.     At the Booking Calendar Business Small and Business Medium versions are possible to make the bookings for the specific time slot.
    Please note, if some visitor will reserve the specific time slot at selected date at specific booking resource (calendar), this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors at this selected date in this booking resource.

    5) You can increase capacity of specific booking resource in any time.

    7) The info about, who made booking available only in admin panel (not front-end).
    8) You can activate the “auto approve” feature at the General Booking Settings page in admin panel.
    9) Any visitors of your website, can select the date(s), fill the booking form and submit the booking/event. If you need to restrict it only to the specific users, you can insert the booking forms into the password protected pages, and inform the password to these pages to specific users.

    11) Its does not support. Only administrators, that have access to the Admin panel, can see the bookings.
    12) Yes, administrator can add new booking at the Booking > Add booking page in admin panel.
    13) Yes, administrator can cancel the booking at the Booking Listing or Calendar Overview pages.
    14) Yes, please read point #1.
    15) Does not support.
    16) If some visitor cancel booking, or administrator increase capacity of the booking resource, then the maximum number of available spaces per days increase automatically.
    17) Please retest it in the live demo how is looking bookings at the Booking Listing and Calendar overview pages.
    18) You can activate and configure the email templates for the different events at the Booking > Settings > Emails page.

    22) The Booking Calendar do not have the SMS notifications functionality in the core of the plugin. But you can check this plugin “Booking Calendar – Clockwork SMS” : http://wordpress.org/plugins/booking-sms/ which is work together with Booking Calendar and declare that have this functionality. It’s third party plugin which is not supporting by us.

    24) Yes, the interface of the Booking Calendar have the responsive design.
