Cannot login

Hi. I just tried loggin into wordpress and the page just reloads. I tried changing plugins folder and disabling theme via ftp with no luck. Also tried manual update of wordpress with no luck. I tried 2 different computers and 2 different word press sites and they are both unable to log in. Any clue what is happening?
