did you include any field variables from the right into the email body? And are you referring to the admin or user mail?

I just removed all the info in the user mail and I now get all the information. Thanks.

If you want to customize the info you receive you can add the variables from the right of both the user and admin email settings to the corresponding email body. These variables will be replaced by the user info submitted via the form.
But leaving the body blank will send all fields automatically as you’ve already figured out.

I noticed when using the “multiple files” It cuts off the browse button. How can I make the fields larger in height? The inline css doesn’t seem to work. I guess I should start another thread for that.
