bootstrap.inc.php tries to include "firebird.inc.php"

    Hi Frank,

    thanks for maintaining this plugin!

    I noticed that the current version tries to include “firebird.inc.php” in bootstrap.inc.php on line 67:

    include "../adminer/drivers/firebird.inc.php";

    But the requested file doesn’t exist, at least in 1.4.1.
