Cannot activate Falcon

I am trying to activate the falcon fast caching. When I get the box with download .htaccess it will not download. The links are slightly faded and I have clicked everywhere!

I have tried safari, firefox and chrome. Adblocker is off.

I can get the 2-3 speed setting but not the fast setting.

I have two other WP sites on the same hosting and it has activated on them just fine.

Any advice/solutions much appreciated.
