Custom Fields Searchability in Buddy Press

Hi!

I made a custom field in Custom Registration/Profile Fields.

Everything works at registration, the items show up in the users profile. However if I search for a member based on one of these fields, no members are found.

Screenshot.. Tech Field(s) is the custom field.. I should be able to find this member if type in biofuels for example. But it doesn’t work.
