Invalid Captcha Code Modal can't close

When filling out a comment, if you put in the wrong captcha code you will get a modal that says “Invalid Captcha Code”. That’s fine, but there is no close button on that modal like there is for “Comment submitted for moderation”. Clicking off the modal doesn’t close it either.

Any ideas?
