Login after changing host

I’ve searched the forums, but I don’t see this exact question. Please forgive me if I’m duplicating efforts.

I’ve recently changed hosts, and I need to get some files that were stored on our WordPress back-end. I’m trying to use ourdomain.com/wp-admin.php, but that ends in a 404 error on our new site.

I’ve also tried /wp-config.php just in case, but of course that’s not working either. I’ve tried https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php but our log-in there is not working, either.

I see a lot of directions about things to do in WordPress to resolve this situation, but I can’t do them because I can’t log in. If anyone could please help me out, I would really appreciate it. These are work files.
