I am not getting an error. It posts a box for an amount & a submit button. When you hit “submit” it doesn’t link to the globalgatewaye4.firstdata.com site for our payment page. I input the x_login and transaction key from the payment page I created.
The website is http://www.spectrumradiology.com. Under the patient tab, then hit bill pay.

I just changed the link and it does connect to a payment page, but the error I am receiving is “unable to proceed with payment”
You should have received a email for the gateway. Can you send me what they sent? Please remove your ip address and x_login.
I didn’t receive an email from the gateway. All the instructions were online. Is there anything specific you are looking for?
Should I remove the x_login from the plugin settings?
No. It’s required to run the plug-in. When you created your payment page. Under tab number 8 did you change the hash type? SHA-1 i believe it is.
The encryption is defaulted to MD5 not SHA-1. Should I make the change?
No. MD5 is fine. Let’s install the plug-in and reinstall the latest version. 1.0 and try to generate the code again.
