Looking at your site it seems you have the theme gallery off and you are using jetpack?
Is that what your wanting?

Oh me… sorry, I suppose I was impatient, so I turned on the Jetpack carousel feature…. I have just now put it back in the same position as it was when I started this thread. Again, sorry to get ahead of myself.
Now, the Pinnacle gallery feature is on and Jetpack carousel is off. My goal is to use the Pinnacle gallery (with its lightbox) for all galleries, sitewide. I really like the look and simplicity of how it functions.

I still see that the gallery is not on? The layout should be different. Can you make sure you have the latest version of this plugin and the theme and make sure you have cleared your cache?

I have double checked and it is enabled… and the plugin is the latest 2.9 version. Crazy… I have also completely uninstalled the toolkit plugin, reinstalled and still the same.
ok, did you clear your caching in the caching plugin?
have you tried deactivating other plugins on your site for a test?

I did clear the cache and minification… I deactivated most (not all) of the plugins to test, but I guess I had better deactivate everything but the Pinnacle toolbox to test.
Ok, I found the conflict… it is from a plugin called Events Manager, https://wordpress.org/plugins/events-manager/
However, I have not figured a way to cure it… I tried disabling a couple of options in the events manager plugin that has to do with thumbnails, but so far… no luck. This is sad too, because it was the second events (calendar) type plugin I have tried… hate to keep changing. Rats.
I don’t know that plugin. I will have to look into this. I recommend using this events plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/

Thanks for trying to help me out… I have posted in the forum for the other plugin, so maybe they can suggest something. If not, I will need to switch to a new event calendar because I want to keep Pinnacle Galleries pure… as I said, love the look!
