Also, if you can provide us more details like the complete shortcode you are using, any error you are getting and the website url etc. then it will be easier to help you out.
Are you using shortcode to display Testimonial? Can you please tell me all the steps to reproduce this issue for you with Website url?

I followed the video tutorial, which made no mention of a shortcode. It’s working now, but there is one issue. I will post again.
