[Divi] Want to edit category.php and archive.php

    I am trying to make the Smart Post Templates plug in compatible with Elegant Themes’ Divi. To make the plugin compatible, I need to, in my child theme, update the category.php and archive.php, and I would like a sidebar-archive.php file, but Divi has all of these properties hardcoded into just a few files: index.php, functions.php, header, footer…
    How could I update the aspects of the files that I want?
