When apply, redirect to WP-Email

Hi,
I installed the plugin WP-email so users can tell a friend about a job. When someone applies for a job, they are redirected to the tell a friend page.
I just want the succes message to show. The plugin WP-email makes the redirect, but where? And how can I block the redirect?
