I have the same problem , the menu has disappeared.
I have on and off the plug- ing. Saving options again . Cleared the browser cache. Uninstalled and reinstalled . And the menu is not displayed .

I think you made a mistake in uploading the files to the reposiroty.
You just forgot to check in everything when going from 1.9 to 2.0

Version 1.9/2.0 were changes made over a year ago, as we are now on version 2.6.

The admin area images Version 2.6 are inserted as follows:
domain.com/wp-content/plugins/responsive-menu/public/imgs/icon.png
called by
RM_Registry::get( ‘config’, ‘plugins_base_uri’ ) . ‘public/imgs/icon.png’
BUT
public/imgs/icon.png DOES NOT exist anymore after doing normal updates.
I NEVER touched the files myself.

Have you tried un-installing the plugin and re-installing again to see if it fixes this?

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and not working. The icon is in the directory but not seen on the screen. I do not know what to do …
