Include and Exclude Pages, categories etc

You can do both. WordPress has built in conditional codes with which you can either display content/perform action on certain pages, posts, post types, etc.

When you create a new box through “Scroll Triggered Boxes”, under the “Box Options” you can select “Manual Condition” for “Show this box” and add a WordPress conditional tag.
