Maybe your hosting have some kind of a limit in execution time of PHP.
Although plugin try to deactivate it, some hosts doesn’t allow it.
Can you ask your hosting?
Thanks Javier. I updated the php.ini file to max_execution_time = 600 but still only 15 users are imported. Any other ideas?

The plugin increase it to ilimited… so probably is that your hosting doesn’t allow you change this directive.
Although the plugin and you change it, it won’t have effect.
What can we do? Ask your hosting.
It’s hosted at GoDaddy and I have access to shared hosting but not much control. I’ll have to give them a call.
