Check for plugin and or theme conflict
I also see that you have another job posting plugin installed.
That plugin has not been updated in over 2 years and is NOT compatible w.JM that may be your problem.

Hi Thomas, thanks for your response. I can confirm that it is a compatibility issue with the theme. It was working fine before upgrading the plugin, do you have any ideas what the problem may be?
Thanks
Tony
What version of JM were you running beofre you updated to 7.23 ?
There is nothing in the code changes between 7.22 and 7.23 that would cause any issues with your theme.

They were running 0.7.20 prior to update.
When they updated to 7.20 did they follow the suggestions we made with regards to cleaning up their DB ? Please review this: http://www.wp-jobmanager.com/knowledgebase/job-manager-update-from-7-20/

Hi Thomas
I just reread your first response, first time round I missed your comment about the resume submission plugin that they are using. I deactivated it and the job manager plugin is now visable with their theme.
Do you know of a resume/cv submission plugin that is compatible with JM that they can use instead?
Thanks
Tony
You don’t need a separate resume submission tool as Job Manager handles that.
I see in your site they had that in a side bar, all you would have to do is put a link to the Apply function to have a separate non-job attributed resume submission.
We have many users doing this. Check out this Contact Page with Submit Resume link
Since the original question has been answered this is marked as resolved.
Should have any other questions please open a new thread. Thanks
