Edited thumbnail not updated on live website

    @sourface – A few questions …

    After editing the thumbnail(s) are you creating new thumbnails for the gallery?

    Are you clearing the cache under Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous after all operations related to this (editing and creating)?

    Have you viewed the page/post using an anonymous browser window?

    What are you using to insert the display into the page/post?

    Also, a link to where you have inserted this display may be helpful.

    Thank you for your reply but i have discovered the reason for the thumbnails not updating.

    I reduced the size of my photos down to under 2000 pixels and now thumbnails update for me.

    originally i had 6000×5000

    It is now just 1920×1080.
