robots.txt not fuctioning.

    Good day

    I’m currently experiencing some problems on my robots.txt concerning its content, I’ve used several methods including the actual text document content edits, so far it shows the same result, on google webmaster end it shows its functioning, and as well as on the Yoast SEO shows that the robots.txt is working fine, but for some reason once i search in google the result is the same and that the robots.txt file is still showing the

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /

    I’ve gone through back and forth with this and several procedures have passed, yet i still haven’t solved the issue, if anyone can help with this i would really appreciate it.
