Comment plugger and Categories

I have a problem adding Categories, I’ve looked threw post about this and have seen ideas of disabling pluggins and restarting them to see if this is the problem. I did this and am still having problems after shuting down one at a time and bringing them back one at a time. I did as this person told me to do:

It worked, then yesturday I was trying to add another one and for some reason its back to doing the same thing.

Any ideas?

My other problem is my comment plugger. I want to have my plugs be name, name, name not:

name
name
name

Could anyone help me with this? I think its my code because I had this problem the last time I used it and a friend from another site gave me a different code to use and it worked fine after that. If it’s in my css could someone give me an idea of what to put for that?

The code I’m using right now for the comment plugger is:

<?php comment_plugger(); ?>

If someone could please give me an idea, or a link to somewhere that may help me out that be great, thanks…
