CSS not working sometimes

So when I installed this plugin, I tested it a lot on one page and everything was working great. (FYI I’m using Chrome for the most part) However today it started doing a thing where sometimes when the page loads, it just lists the images in a list style format with bullets. If I hit the refresh button this usually corrects it. Here is what it looks like.

So I tested in in Safari, it will ONLY load in the list format with bullets, when I hit refresh it still does this.

I tested it in Firefox and it loads correctly every time.

Not sure what is causing the problem but I would love to fix it because this is the best logo carousel plugin I’ve found and I went through a bunch of them!
