404 error

    Hi

    I instaledd wp super cache and later I saw that he was in conflict with w3 super cache so i deleted the wp super cache plugin.
    After I did that the options of my wordpress(plugins, media, comments, settings and order are redirect for page 404
    I tried a numerous of things but I dont know how to fix this error, please HELP!!!
