Not able to upload the plugin

Hi Team,

I am using wordpress version 4.2.2 for my website and when I try to use this plugin its not working and gives me following error.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /nfs/c11/h01/mnt/195917/domains/toniqretail.com/html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 975

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin install failed.

Can you please look into this and provide me solutions or fix the issue.
