Apostrophies Cause Issues

This is an amazingly helpful plug-in, BUT it has one issue that I keep coming up against, time and time again.

If an apostrophe happens to be included within the ‘Replace with’ text a backslash character (\) gets automatically added just before every instance of an apostrophe (throughout my website) when the ‘Go’ button is clicked – which can cause a real headache to remove.

Is there any chance that this one error could be fixed in the next update … please!
