• Hi,

I have been asked to take over the daily admin of a website running WordPress 4.2.2 using Santorini Resort and Css Igniter. I have several years experience with website management but not with WordPress.

I am looking to enable comments for users on selected posts and pages.

    e.g. this page: http://algarvebeachcomber.com/room/orchard-apartment/

I have searched the web and cannot find any recent relevant tutorials or faq’s about this issue.

I have followed the instructions on this and other pages:

    http://help.edublogs.org/disabling-comments/

However, I cannot find any option box to tick that allows me to enable comments or pings under the “Quick Edit” menu.

Obviously something is staring me in the face but I am missing it.

Any advice or direction as to where I might read up more on this would be appreciated.

    Many Thanks
