Currently there is not a Dutch translation. I am sure that the community would be very grateful if there were. If you do decide to help out with this, the best way to get the PO and MO added to the software is either to fork us on github and do a pull request with the dutch PO and MO files, OR to send the completed files to info@opentickets.com which I will get added to the software. Thanks in advance for your help!

What software will I need to edit the MO file?

Most people use a software called POEdit, which is open source and freely available. When you use that program you would be editing the PO file. Then when you save it, it will be saving your changes to the PO and it will also generate the appropriate MO.
