import media failed

    Hi, I was wondering if you could help me with something. I decided to give up on WordPress and started to work on another platform. But when I came back to wordpress and imported the xml file,the media was not uploaded succesfully. Now all my pictures are not showing. Do you know how I can fix that? Thanks

    The XML export file only contains references to the location of attached media files, not the media files themselves.

    If the media files are still where they used to be when the export was made, they’ll be imported. If the media files were deleted or moved from where they were when the export was made, they cannot be imported.

    Do you still have a backup of the media files?
