Yes, you can implement your own custom listing shortcodes in PHP, which allows you to do almost anything in your listing template. Please check out the API documentation here:

However, if you simply want to pull a value from a particular post meta field, you can use the meta_ shortcode prefix instead. You’ll find more details and examples in out knowledge base:
