.htaccess needs edited?

Hi, just having a small problem. Just installed this and, yes, I checked all the boxes ever in the settings tab. When I submitted the changes, I got this:

WP Super Cache cannot remove its own remnants so please follow the steps below
– be sure that you removed the rules of super cache from the .htaccess

I have my .htaccess file open in editplus, but… not sure which rules I’m supposed to delete. …Am I supposed to delete anything? I’m confused…
