Visitors Cannot Comment on my Posts

I just started my blog today and whenever I try to comment on my posts, or any visitors try to comment on my page, it says “oops! that page cannot be found” or http://prettycommitted.com/2015/05/4/#respond

I have gone to the discussion section and checked/unchecked everything I need to. Not sure why this isn’t working..
