Not Working

Hi I downloaded this to hopefully provide a flat rate shipping to Canadian Customers. I have deleted all my settings now just to make sure I dont get in any orders that i can’t fill but i need help making this work. I had set it all up but when you check out and put your canadian address i just get an error prompt saying that there’s no shipping class available. I also have Woocommere Product Shippings Plugin so i dont know if that may be interfering. I can provide a temp login if we can do that securely. Thanks.
