Lost login. Help needed. | WordPress.org

We have a site that was built by an ad agency, which is no longer working with us. They are not providing the WordPress login info and we cannot access the site. Is there a work around?

Can we request a new user name and password?

Please advise.

We do not issue or have any access to passwords.

Check with your host. You can use this, https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password to change the password. When you are in the database you can change the ad agency user name to you and change their email to yours.
