    Hi there,

I was hoping somebody could help me out with this minor but very annoying problem.

I had my shop built on another domain, so i wanted to export all products (and everything else) to the other shop using the exporter/importer available inside WordPress. It asked me to install a plugin called WordPress Importer, so i did, and imported everything without a problem.

After importing everything and changing some minor things that got lost after the import i started to add some more products.

So the problem; When i add a new product, i can add attributes, save the attribute, and add them to the product with no problem whatsoever. They work as intended. But the problem lies in adding a new product.. on the old shop i added 1 attribute called Color with a few options inside, but this got lost in the export/import process.. normally this is no problem and i do not mind adding it again but now it will only save the attribute to that specific product.. when i add new products i will have to recreate the whole color attribute again and again with every new product i add.

Is this fixable, or am i looking at a whole new reinstall with the importing messing up the shop?

    Alright, a little update.
It seems that when i add a attribute via the attributes page itself it stays and i can select it on a new product aswell. When i added the Color attribute the old one popped up again too but showing no name (blank tag but with the color options inside though)

Either way… it still does not work when adding a new attribute list inside a new product, it will not appear in the attribute list of another product so i have to pre-add the attributes via the attribute page beforehand to be able to reuse it elsewhere.
