Aligning the menu/filterbar

CSS is not required here. There are already 3 areas where you can add filter bar items (left aligned; centered; right aligned). These areas are separated by a semicolon (;).
So e.g. if you set filterbar items to “;years_hlist”. The years should already be centered (nothing left aligned, then the semicolon, then the center aligned parts).
