I’ve just noticed that on the settings page all the options are blank/missing
If this helps
@exu1938 – Have you tried following the steps outlined in this article: http://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Troubleshooting
Thanks!
– Cais.
Hi, thanks for replying. Yes I tried all the obvious stuff…
I’ve disabled all other plugins still same result.
I’ve copied the theme files form the working site to the non-working site still same result.
I un-installed NGG and reinstalled completely – still same result…
Would it help if I let you take a look at the two sites and you’ll be able to see there the same, theme, plugin etc.
Really need to sort this out as sites supposed to be going live next week.

@exu1938 – Comparing the two sites is a good idea, you would know what to look for in each to ensure their settings are truly identical as well as their usage and functionality being employed.
The “content” itself would most likely not have any affect whatsoever unless you can draw a direct correlation to it …
… the other thing to look at is the actual sites’ “server” environment, are those identical, too?

Their both installed on the same host server, running same set-up environment.
Would you be able to take a look for me, but please do not change the theme as will completely mess up the install.
if you email me at dominic@warwickdeaville.com I can let you have admin signin details?
@exu1938 – Please send us a Bug Report (http://nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.
We may need log in (and FTP) credentials for your WordPress installation, please include those with your Bug Report, too.
Thanks!
