Does your website is allowed to send emails? Also check if there exists email templates (wordpress admin panel -> Jigoshop -> Emails) if not, go to jigoshop ->settings -> general and press “Generate Dafaults” button
Yes, the website is allowed to send emails and the email templates exist. Both admin and customer emails have been sent and received for orders in the past. I also did a test order myself this morning and neither admin or customer email has come throughl
So please check email templates.

In the past few days I’ve also got the same issue.
My digital download order is doing the same as yours.
Additionally, if a customer orders a product and sets payment as ‘bank transfer’, my system doesn’t email me a notification of this, nor one to the customer. Thus, I need to check the jigoshop Order dashboard.
I don’t know what’s happened…but my developer suspects a database issue created by plugin conflicts.
This is pretty frustrating…and not a fun way to spend Friday night 🙂

I haven’t come across anything that’s solved the issue, however I can say that it does seem to be an issue with JigoShop. I installed the plug in WP Mail Log which at least shows me that the emails are being sent when new orders are generated, they are just not being received. Other emails from the website, such as new user registration, test emails and emails from our contact us page all go through.

Hi All,
I’ve just tested to confirm that this works in my testing environment. It may be necessary to delete the current templates (Jigoshop > Emails) and the regenerate them under Jigoshop > Settings > General.
What version of Jigoshop are you all on?
Yeah Michael that’s what happened to me.
I regenerated the emails, then after a test they self regenerated again.
I’ve since deleted the duplicates.
Shandi – check your hosting email account (not your personal/work email). I went into mine accidentally and found that from April 9th, my server was BLOCKING outgoing emails related to my shop orders. They fixed it and now it works fine…well…much better.
