Having problems with my website

Hello new here..

I have been running my blog for around two years now and never had this problem before, when I scroll down to page 3 of my main blog page it seems to go blank then jump around the previous pages… Also when I go into my dashboard to my posts it doesn’t scroll past all the blog posts.
