Hi,

I’m using Constant Contact’s embed sign-up form on a pop-up. When I enter my username and e-mail and press Sign-Up, I get the following error:

If I use the embed code by itself on a page, it works.

Can someone please tell me what the issue is?

Thank you for screenshots.
Are you using CTA-Actions plugin? If yes then it is latest version of addon?
Please update it and then try once again.
If you are not using CTA-actions then can you please contact us at “hello@icegram.com”.
