Add shortcodes to "after posts;" content

    This may have been asked before… but is there a way that I can add shortcodes into the After posts: block. Currently only text and html is supported.
    I would like to add social sharing buttons from another plugin that supports shortcodes.
    Or if there is another social sharing for Ultimate Posts I would like to know…
