Hi Megan….you will need a plugin for that, such as this one:
Hide Title
It adds a new setting to the page editor. When you have the page (or even a post) open, look to the right side.
Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I reposted the same by mistake, now marked as resolved. I think I could not explain the problem properly, my bad!!!. I am attaching the link below:

You will see the word “HomePage” in the content part of the website. It is the name of the page which come by default. I need to remove that.
Thanks in advance,
Megan
Hi Megan….That plugin I posted will remove that title for you 🙂
When you install that plugin, open (edit) the page titled as “HomePage” in your admin page editor and in the right side column of the page editor, put a checkmark next to the hide title setting.
Hi Megan…just a follow up to your post yesterday; were you able to hide the title?
Hey Shaped,
Thanks for the suggestion and follow up. It did the trick finally. Kudos
Hi
I’m having I think the same problem but on the header of the page, it’s showing the titles, I tried already with plugin but is not hiding the title from the header bar, how do I fix this?

Hi Luisavvvv….the forum moderators will probably request to you to start a new topic as this one has already been set to “Resolved”.
But just a quick follow up, when you say header of the page, I’m going to guess you are referring to the browser window?
