hello,
Please I am experiencing this issue also, did you find a solution to this issue.
Awaiting your response. Thanks.
I’m having the same problem. Also when I change the text and hit save it just reverts back to the default wording.
I also would love to know how to fix this!
James
I purchase this week and same issue. Been 2 days without a response and everytime I add info too my ticket to help with resolution they treat as new.
I used Woo’s Storefront Theme as just building an internal stores shop so wanted something light. Originally I thought the issue was with WPFront Role Editor as its a plugin that comes with WooCommerce & Storefront to manage Roles like Shop Manager. You need to have WPFront Pro version to manage order statuses. WPFront was hands on within a few hours of my ticket to them and proved it was issue with Order Status Manager.
Has anyone received a status or fix for this from WooCommerce?
Bingo! After some persistence received the answer for Woo. If you send in a ticket they have the fix now.
“We looked into this and found that this bug with saving on the custom email pages was introduced in WooCommerce version 2.3.10 (released on June 1st) and has since been patched in core. This fix should be released in 2.3.12 whenever that is out.
I have attached a patched version of WooCommerce to this email in case you would like to make this change.
Only one file was actually changes, and you can find it here: http://cld.wthms.co/16soR/3PJslaxV … I’ll attach this file separately as well.”
hello DoctorPhil could you please attached the file that was changed so i can update mine. Thanks.
Hey Guys,
Sorry about this issue! It should hopefully be patched soon via live updates.
In the meantime, the file that needs patching is located here: woocommerce/includes/admin/settings/class-wc-settings-emails.php – http://cld.wthms.co/1eM0L/ccPlCSwI
Here is the patched file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/tq2h80mjhvyez7z/class-wc-settings-emails.php?dl=0
