how to use this plugin on php template?

Hi, Thank you for creating nice plugin.

I wanna use this plugin on php template file though, it does not work.
I tried following code on index.php
<?php echo do_shortcode(“[facebook-stream limit=”25″ cols=”3″ theme=”white” padding=”10″ margin_bottom=”50″ fb_page_id=”RastaclatTaiwan” hide_no_media=”1″]”); ?>

after i put this code on index.php, the screen got white out and didn’t show anything…
