    Hi whoaloic

Yes, it would be pretty easy to add that in. My concern, and reason for not doing so already, is that many users would not understand why adding an attachment post type does not create a usable attachment.

    Yes I understand!
I asked you that because in other post type, i get a gallery shortcode in post_content and I need to know the ID of the attachements.

    Best wishes.

    Hi Whoaloic

There is a new option in version 1.7.5 that should allow you to export attachment post types.

Thank you for your work Paul 🙂
    Does 1.7.6 version is OK?
I read other topics saying that plugin deletes data!?

    Best wishes.

    Hi whoaloic

I haven’t been able to find any delete bug and the user who reported it hasn’t yet replied with more details about exactly what happened. I will update all users once I’ve confirmed the problem.

Hi I’ve just tested 1.7.6 version and I see no bugs.

But in the column “wp_post_type”, I don’t see “attachment”.

The idea would be to export posts from wp_posts where post_type = ‘attachment’.
Because I need to know the ID of these attachment posts to put theses IDs in the default wordpress shortcodes for galleries.

    Best wishes.
