different behavior between multiple provider

    hi
    I’m experiencing abnormal behavior during installation package created with the duplicator 0.5.18.
    For installing on an ISP I have no problems and the site looks like on my PC on which I developed the site and created the package, while installing on another provider, the installation appears to be successful but then it is as if the settings are not properly valued, as for example the configuration parameters of the template are not loaded and then the appearance of the site reflects that provided.
    I did more and more evidence, in what may be causing this behavior?
    If necessary I can provide information providers and packet duplicator.

    If you want to submit your log to the support system, I can have a look at it. Don’t post your log data on the forum as it contains sensitive information…
