Hi,

For some reason, the Facebook shares have completely disappeared.

I can see that they’re still there with another plugin, but not the one from you guys.

Any idea what’s causing this?

I experienced the same issue. Completely removed the plugin and added it again. Just de activating does not work. Remove it completely and add it again. Its working with my website now
